Tolulope is a Senior Partner in the firm and she has her LLB from University of Lagos (UNILAG) and BL from the Nigeria Law School, Abuja. She has worked in the law firms of OMOTAYO AJIBOYE & CO, Segun Tokode & Co and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).

Tolulope has a strong Property-law background and she a company secretary and external solicitor to several corporations. She has helped write legal advices on Criminal Cases for Ministry of Justice Ibadan, Oyo State; she has defended and represented major companies and individual on Credit Loan Facilities such as Stanbic IBTC, First Bank of Nigeria Plc.(FBN), Bama’s Farms Affiliated to Lagos Chamber of Commerce (LCC) Agric and Non-oil Sector, amongst others.
