Corporate Social Responsibility (CRS)
At Livingspring Solicitors, it is part of our work culture to also give back to the society by using law as a tool for change, justice and as an empowerment engine in the society in order for the world to be a better place and we believe that this change starts with us within our axis which will in turn extend to the world at large.
There are three (3) major project we carry out as our Corporate Social Responsibility (CRS), which are;
Loan Defamation Legal Aid:
We have a Community of victims of Loan Defamation, whose personality, persons, character, career, relationships and even family pedigrees have been greatly damaged due to libelous publication by some scrupulous FinTech (Loan App) companies.
This is a common and unprofessional loan recovery mechanism devise by most Loan Apps in Nigeria to libel defaulting clients by sending bulk SMS randomly to all their contacts and beyond in a bid to get them to pay their debts, plus interest and default rates charged in time.
This has caused emotional, mental and social problems for the victims.
Therefore, we at Livingspring Solicitors-LiS have taken it upon ourselves to ensure that this victims have legal representation and are duly represented in order to be able to fight their course. Hence, we are focused on helping victims of loan Defamation get justice and possible compensation to enable them pick the remaining pieces of their lives and move on.
Bail Me Out:
We realize that there are a lot of people out there with quite a number of debt issues which have also laid to suicidal thoughts, suicides and assault and it is our belief that if they can be bailed out financially this will go a long way to have saner people in the society.
So, the “Bail me Out” project is to curb financial distress such as bad debts, overwhelming bills and credit issues for those who are helpless in the circumstance and also map out an empowerment program such as free debt assessment, debt counseling sessions, business or employment benefits for them to enable them stay, live a debt free and meaningful life.
Fund my Business:
The “Fund my Business” project is the third category of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) which is programmed for startups, entrepreneurs and upcoming business owners with innovative business ideas capable of changing the world but who needs funding and legal protection to enable them introduce their business ideas to the world and solve problems which will in turn bring in profits for them.

There are three (3) major ways you can support our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects, they are as follows;
You can Sponsor all or any of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects with a yearly or one off payment starting from N500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira) or $1,000.00 (One Thousand Dollars) per project and we will be delighted to feature you as one of our sponsors.
