Precious is the Founding Partner/Principal-in-Chambers at LIVINGSPRING SOLICITORS. She has her first degree from the University of Lagos – LLB and her Barrister at Law-BL award from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja.
Precious has been immensely involved in active legal practice and worked with renowned law firms during her pre-under graduate, under graduate and post graduate days. While in paid employment in different law establishment, Precious had risen from Secretary to Legal Intern, Business Development Officer, Legal Counsel, up to the position of a Senior Associate, Head of Chambers and Head of Litigation before setting out to establish Livingspring Solicitors.
She is well-skilled in Business and Legal Structure, Legal Drafting/Contractual Agreements, Writing of Articles, Creating of Legal Contents, Law Reviews. Precious has been immensely involved in writing for the judiciary, speaking during seminars’, workshops, lecture days etc. and also an author and a keynote speaker in conferences.
Precious is Africa’s No. 1 Business Recovery Lawyer, International Insolvency Practitioner, Accredited Mediator, Mediation Advocate, Risk-Compliance and Credit Management Specialist; well vast in Financial Technology (FinTech), Business Rescue, Loan Procurement and in setting up Small, Medium and Large Scale Businesses (SMEs/MSMEs), Corporate Organization, Business Recovery, Credit-Loan Matters and sure knows how to “dice her onions” especially when it comes to Debt Recovery matters, Business Restructuring, Credit Management, Startups Structure, Legal Drafting, Contracts Review, Corporate Governance/Restructuring, Commercial Law (including Labour and Employment Laws), Litigation matters (Law suits) Disputes Resolution (Mediation, Arbitration and Negotiations) and Business Taxation.
